Warming notes of Black Treacle and Cinder Toffee permeates the aroma of this rich, Brown Ale, pouring an exquisite deep Auburn shade (after it's namesake), though flashing Ruby in the light. Fully roasted malt flavour evokes traces of Cacao Nibs and Roasted Chestnuts alongside a smooth body which compliments the flavour profile perfectly.

 

Our Method

Let settle and keep cool for at least 4 hours (Preferably 12+)

Pour without venting (it will be lively)

As the flow slows, open the vent at the top - this will allow you to pour.

Close the vent and open it when you pour your beer - close it immediately after.
