Now, this is a blast from the past. We've used heritage malts for the base of this golden bitter. A light body with soft carbonation delivers exceedingly pleasant bready malt flavours. All British Hops & a hop-back method to get that classic bitterness & floral, earthy hop character. Expect some assertive bitterness, pithy orange with a faceful of peach ice tea leading to a lingering finish with notes of freshly baked bread & marmalade. A resplendent, mature beverage bringing pleasure to all.
Let settle and keep cool for at least 4 hours (Preferably 12+)
Pour without venting (it will be lively)
As the flow slows, open the vent at the top. This will allow you to pour
Close the vent and open it when you pour your beer. Close immediately after
